    Re: Summer Job

If you get hired on full time, after the like probation period you get a production bonus every month. You earn it a week at a time but get paid once a month. If you are late for work one day,you lose the bonus for that week. The specility line made $912 last month.
I'll always want a little more than I already have.

You got main line and Speciality line.

Main line doesn't get that much, as far as I know they normally make about $400-$500 per month.

The way it works each line gets a production bonus each week, if you are there the entire week, with no absences or tardies, you get the bonus for that week. At the end of the month the bonuses are added together and you get a check. But as was mentioned earlier your not eligiable for a bonus until your out of your 90's.

    Re: Summer Job

How much you make per hour depends on what you do.They have pay grades 1-7.Grade 1 is your general utiliy workers(most common)they make around $7 something per hour, not really sure on that.Grade 7(only a few)make $13-$14 per hour. That gives you some kind of idea what they pay.I don't exactly know what each pay grade makes, sorry.

    Re: Summer Job

alrighty guys, anything you want to know about mullican PM me. utility makes 8.76 an hour. its a grade one job, its rough as hell thats where they start you at. you will more than likely start on night shift on mainline. the only reason that the specialty lines bonus was so large last month was because we counted it as a 5 week month. they generally make around 600-700. sometimes more sometimes less, thats why it is a production bonus.... yep. Not a bad place to work, if you come in tellling them that it is only a "summer" job you probably wont be hired because they need to find people who will work whenever, whatever. At work, you DO NOT want to be hired through at work, work as hard as you do and get paid as little as you do, no thats a bad idea. PM me if you have any questions. by the way, this is Justin Swiney. been up there about 4 months now. and been moved up to Grade 5 finish Sawyer. if there is something i cant answer. i know people who can. by the way, who are all of you people that say you work up there?
Cant we all just get along?

This is Zack Owens, i'm not sure if I know who you are, but think I might know.

I have only been working there for 3 weeks. I started out working on the finishing end with CJ and Terry, then they moved me down to the round table at the end of my first week. Since then I have been there or on the grade line pulling and puttying.

If that lets you know who I am let me know who you are.
